School Rules
- Children will not be allowed to appear in the Midterm or final Examination unless full Fees are paid.
- Parents are requested to ensure that the children have class and transport badges.
- No leave of absence will be granted unless a written application from parents or guardians received with genuine reasons.
- No candidate will leave the school premises without prior permission.
- Parents are expected to co-operate with the teachers in ensuring that children are regular in doing their lessons.
- Parents and guardians are not allowed to see the ward or interview the teachers during school hours, directly.
- Parents and guardians are requested to enforce regularity, punctuality and discipline. Politeness and courtesy of speech and conduct as well cleanliness of dress and person are insisted upon.
- At the stroke of school bell, all students must go for the assembly after which they must go immediately to their classes in silence so that the teachers may start lessons at once.
- Every student must possess a copy of the School Calendar which is to be brought to school on all working days.
- There will be parents-teachers meetings on the second Saturday of every term. Parents are requested to attend the same invariably. In order to achieve a high standard, full co-operation between parents and school authorities is essential. We request parents to inspect school diary, class work and test copies regularly. Parents are requested not to send a third person to School for collecting the child.
- Answer papers of the monthly tests should be signed by the parents in the Parent -Teacher Meetings.
- The answer papers of the annual examination will not be shown to anybody. Results of the examinations are final and will not be reconsidered.
- Parents /Guardians must follow up the child’s progress in studies. If after three warnings a student shows no progress, whatsoever, parents will be asked to help the child or to seek admission for the child elsewhere.
- At least 75% attendance will be required for appearing in the final exams.
- A student who fails twice in the same class must discontinue his studies at the School.
- Promotion once refused will not be reconsidered.
- Absence/ leave in an examination will be treated as having received no marks in it.
